La cantidad de trabajo en ALL4FLAT no requiere horas adicionales.
Por lo general, un descanso durante el trabajo es de menos de 15 minutos.
La posibilidad de obtener un ascenso en el trabajo es muy baja.
Se aprovechan de los trabajadores sin pagar las horas extras. Descuentan de las comisiones lo que quieren con excusas de pagar a terceros y no puedes ponerte enfermo porque te despiden de la empresa. No lo recomiendo en absoluto!.
No entiendo cómo pueden descontar de las comisiones de sus trabajadores para pagar a terceros ¿es legal? ¿con qué excusas lo hacen?
Si tratan tan mal a los trabajadores, ¿de dónde sacan los voluntarios para el trabajo? ¿Cómo los fomentan?

No tiene voluntarios. Peto si eres latino con visado de estudiante te hacen un contrato de becario y a cambio debes trabajar para ellos dos años.

Recomiendo a todo el mundo esta empresa. Yo emprendí mis prácticas universitarias aquí y estuve durante 6 meses, llevándome una gran experiencia laboral con fantásticas vivencias con los trabajadores. Los empleadores me trataron muy bien y me gustaría volver a realizar más prácticas en caso de regresar a España.
Excelente tu compartir, me pasó algo similar en otra empresa, supongo que seis meses de crecer profesionalmente, que bueno por ti, ojalá puedas volver y si tengas oportunidad de practicas o un puesto.

¿y llevas mucho tiempo ahi? osea, ¿como sabes que no es una practicante de antes de que tu trabajaras ahi?
La empresa ha tenido una rotación de la plantila total del 100% en 3 años de fundada, algunos puestos ocupados por más de 3 personas en ese periodo de tiempo.
Ningún trabajador y/ o practicante ha tenido ese nombre, si venís a informaros porque queréis investigar la empresa ya que estas por entrar o quieres entrar y no quieres creer lo que dicen acá, entra a trabajar y en un par de meses vuelves y nos cuentas tu experiencia.
Entiendo lo de la masiva rotación que explicas, pero es curioso que sepas tanto si aseguras que todos rotan un 100%... como tú sabes quienes están y quienes no? si todos rotan... de donde obtienes la información con tanta seguridad?
Hombre no hace falta que te de explicaciones de todo para justificar las respuestas, soy parte del gran grupo de exteanajadores de esa empresa.
Otro dato, si lees todas las reseñas las que negativas están escritas por los mismos extrabajadjores, tienen el nombre real.
Un dato mas: los dueños obligan a los empleados a poner reseñas positivas falsas casi todos los días, por lo cual no seria raro que fueras uno de ellos. Cheers !
Entiendo mejor el asunto aunque no deja de ser extraño, como verifican los dueños que los empleados colocal las reseñas ? creo que ni en un instituto son tan tiranos como cuentas.

Las comisiones la spaga (eliminado por administrador) y si no te descuenta algo ya que si hay abogado de la empresa te lo quita de tu comisión por la cara.
Es false, no ha existido nadie en la empresa llamado Justine.
¿y no sabes si era el nick de alguien? o a lo mejor un segundo nombre, dudo que este mintiendo o que se lo haya inventado, no creo que nadie tenga tanto tiempo

He hecho mis prácticas en All4Flat y recomiendo que todos los jóvenes que busquen introducirse en el mercado consideren está oferta.
Sin duda mi experiencia ha sido de 10/10 y estoy encantada con lo aprendido.
Los compañeros son fantásticos y el ambiente inmejorable.
Encantada con el servicio de David y Carmen durante estos años como clienta. Si vuelvo a Barcelona repetire con esta agencia sin dudarlo. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This agency has the strategy of acting all nice and fake-kind while at the same time are unprofessional, unethical and they try to scam you.
It is funny that they say to the people that give them bad reviews that they dont know them or that they are lying so here is a detailed reasoning as to why i said the above:
- They sign contracts with the renters that say they represent the landlords. They do the check-out process and SIGN PAPERS representing the landlord and agree with you the check-out inventory, and state of the house. BUT THIS MEANS NOTHING TO THEM! they sign a separate agreement with the landlords that say that the landlord has the final saying so whatever you sign with the agency can be taken back and ignored and then they hold your money and avoid any honest and professional conversation regarding the issue! they just tell you it is what it is. They kept 333,11 euros from my deposit and they didnt even give notice or provide proof of what they said they took it for!!
- when i left the house i hired a PROFESSIONAL cleaner to clean it so i wouldnt have any issues. NICOLAS the agent came to check the house and he SAID "wow this is the cleanest house i have seen returned to us" then he SIGNED an official looking paper saying we have no issues and my deposit will be returned IN FULL and also no cleaning fee will be taken (this was also confirmed to me later in emails from them, when i was asking when they will return my deposit and if there is any issue since they took two months).
-they took TWO MONTHS to return my deposit and said its because of COVID and claimed the landlord is an old lady that cant leave her house (like making an online transaction is not possible).
- after two months they returned less money without prior notice or proof (receipts etc) for the reason why. i contacted them and they claim the landlord DEAMED THE HOUSE UNCLEAN (while she was not able to go out for my deposit for 2 months, somehow she saw the house i guess). they also claim some unspecified electric problem! when i send them back the paperwork they signed, they said they have an agreement with the landlord that if they dont agree then what they signed with me doesnt stand. now they STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME
MORE ISSUES:
- i entered the house and the washing machine was broken. After MORE THAN TWO WEEKS of me sending them emails, pictures and videos the sent someone to fix it. this person called them in front of me and told them that the washing machin is ROTTEN and needs to be replaced and they told him to patch it up. I kept having problems with the washing machine until i left the house.
- a few weeks after i entered the house i noticed that the freezer was broken and was building so much ice that it was impossible to use. after MORE THAN TWO MONTHS of me sending emails and pictures and videos and them asking me to do things to ix it myself someone came at 11 AT NIGHT and brought me a fridge that was clearly picked up from THE STREET. It was very dirty and old. when i complained they said they hired a bad professional and they want to fire him but still didnt provide any further solution to me
- i moved in in april and once the summer hit, i tried to use the AC in my bedroom and discovered it didnt work. after MORE THAN 3 MONTHS of me trying to get them to fix it they simply said that "the landlord knows their house and THEY BELEIVE I DONT NEED and AC and I will be comfortable with the one in the living room so they refuse to fix it". I asked for lower rent since i am not getting what i paid for and they refused of course. they said that the best they can do is "promise" to give me back my full deposit at the end and also not keep any cleaning fees. they clearly didnt follow this since now they are claiming cleaning fees
-two months after i left the house they still didnt take my name off bills and i paid an electricity bill automatically through my bank that they never returned either

Same they did to me I rented an apartment 90 Nou de la Rambala the guy name David from All4 Flat made up bunch of lies and kept my Deposit of 2900 Euros now have to get a lawyer to get my money.
