Requisitos

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager or equivalent
  • successful completion of PMI, PMP, ACP, CSM, SAFe or LeSS
  • track record of successful delivery working in a fast paced, fintech based, complex mixed vendor and internal technology environment
  • advanced experience in Agile /project/program leadership including leading global, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization
  • advanced analytical thinking, analysis, problem solving skills, process orientation, and business acumen skills
  • working knowledge of analytical skills, metrics and measurements
  • advanced experience with Scrum, Kanban and other Agile frameworks
  • advanced knowledge of Lean-Agile principles and methodologies, with an ability to put them into practice
