bachelor or Master degree
the person should meet all the necessary conditions to work in financial markets, in the UK and in Europe
capacity to analyse market environment, RV trades, client portfolio dynamics, primary and secondary markets peculiarities for the specified asset classes
good analytical skills. Deep knowledge and genuine interest in the Credits/Rates markets, financials, senior and subordinated, HY and some exposure to ABS/CLO
proven and effective relationships with Iberia customers, RMs and banks. Strong relationships with other Continental Europe accounts a plus
very good interpersonal skills and ability to partner up with all the stake-holders in the process; capability to develop and keep long term personal relationships with clients and colleagues and quick adaptation to new and challenge environments
