A mature personal commitment to Jesus Christ must be evident and previous camping ministry and leadership experience is preferred
drinking/waste water certification and trades experience is preferred
A willingness to learn, grow and create a team environment is essential
previous experience in camp management, small business management, human resources and financial management is an asset
previous experience with camps, operational management, computer and software skills is an asset
the qualified person must have previous leadership experience as they will hire, train and manage staff and volunteers, interact with guests, campers and staff in a professional manner and agree with the Camp Arnes Mission Statement, Code of Conduct and Statement of Faith
the qualified person will lead a staff team, mediate personnel, exhibit a genuine desire to serve and agree with the Camp Arnes Mission Statement, Code of Conduct and Statement of Faith
