Requisitos
undergraduate degree in health sciences or health promotion along with 10 years of experience in public sector programming
proven ability to lead, influence and motivate a multidisciplinary team of professional and front line bargaining and non-bargaining staff
highly developed skills in leadership of people and programs; communications, conflict resolution, building partnerships, change management and political acumen
in-depth knowledge of public health, health promotion policy and government policies, regulation and accountabilities
strong political awareness and business acumen, tact and diplomacy and an ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships
master’s degree in health science, health promotion or other relevant discipline is preferred, along with skills in business administration, budgeting, strategic planning and research
demonstrated change management knowledge and success as a change leader
expert level verbal and written communication skills
