minimum of 8 years pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferable in Oncology, and within a European country affiliate
demonstrated ability to work resourcefully and with a sleeve rolled up approach
proven ability to create and lead a country selling organization capable for achieving the country sales forecast
strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
preference for Oncology sales expertise, including thorough understanding of customer segments and regional market dynamics within relevant therapeutic area
ability to establish and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
