excellent ability to forge relationships at all levels and work across multiple project teams in a predominantly virtual environment
ability to organize time effectively within a range of often conflicting deadlines and competing priorities
excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to form working relationships based on mutual trust and respect
fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills
previous experience in a leadership role in a multicultural environment with an emphasis on programming in First Nations’ communities; minimum of 5 years of experience in successful program oversight in Northern Canada
