offtake origination, sourcing, structuring and execution, as well as negotiating other commercial agreements required for project financing
senior level presentations and approval processes
fluent English skills are mandatory, both written and spoken
proven abilities of structuring, drafting and negotiating project development, M&A agreements in the Region, both overseeing third-party due diligence and performing appropriate technical and financial due diligence
leadership ability and previous managerial experience with project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and coordinate complex, cross-functional and geographical teams
experience of 10+ years in the energy sector with wind project development, from strategy, markets identification, project screening and development, partnerships definition and negotiation, development planning and exiting plans
