
We had a full strip, base coat, anti foul and prop paint job carried out by Rolnautic’s new yard and it failed after only 2 months. After many failures to respond, periods of being ignored, we finally managed to speak to the experts and it was accepted that the wrong paint was used (their recommendation) and it wasn’t allowed to dry properly (documented on the day of pickup and raised with them then, but we were advised that they guarantee their work and if it went wrong they would rectify it fully!!) and no not a surprise that it failed. Despite this acceptance of a fundamental failure, the management at Rolnautic are ignoring us and haven’t offered any contribution towards having to get all of the work carried out again in the Caribbean. ARC recommended but that gets forgotten when trying to get Rolnautic to back their work. Now going down the legal route, as their continued lack of response and delaying tactics has left us no choice. Feel free to DM me and I’ll share the chronology, evidence from the pickup, communications between them and myself and the photos of the failed work. Be careful when using them for yard work and look at the other poor reviews when it comes to paint work especially

Es una empresa dedicada a el comercio al por menor de productos electrónicos y accesorios para embarcaciones. Un ambiente muy ocupado para trabajar. La gestión es muy buena. Todo el personal trabaja en equipo , positivo ambiente.
¿Qué novedades hay en Rolnautic Las Palmas? Desde hace un tiempo no hay observaciones de empleados.
