BA/BS Degree or equivalent or related industry experience
bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years Human Resources and/or DEIJ work experience in area of specialization or equivalent combination
results-driven, creative, energetic self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with the ability to execute tasks and deliver results
experience responding to HR related questions, problems and data information requests from employees/management
advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services
ability to strategize, identify opportunities and develop solutions
proven ability in incorporating a DEIJ lens when communicating and making decisions and addressing personal, cultural and institutional bias
strong organization and negotiating skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
