It's a shame you can't give -20 stars. For the new people that are thinking about to start here: DONT DO IT!! And if you do, start getting an attorney.

It begins normal. But the lack of communication in the company is horrible. Teamleaders are not resolving your daily issues, and don't respond on important communication work related.

The company itself is even more terrible, they give you rotten food as presents to keep your mouth shut.

To apply for days off or holidays (which is in your right) is also impossible. They get denied or rejected immediately and you have to get it done trough work council (after a month fighting)

The windows are closed always and they even took of the handles so you can't open them for fresh air. The air quality is so bad, that you get sick in 1 day of the terrible air that circulates with germs of the 100 people on 1 floor. Airco and heating are changing every 5 minutes, so you get a cold very easy. Lack of hygiene, human scabies in the building.

When the fire alarm goes off, nobody (not even the people in charge aka management) knows what to do in that moment. Half of the building gets evacuated for safety and the other half has to stay in the building obligated to work. Emergency doors are blocked/closed, and not even possible to escape trough if there is a real fire.

The financial department are screwing you where they can. If they finish your contract they make sure you don't get your unemployment money (paro).

The amount of builded up stress you get in this company is not worth it to be there, an makes you mental tired/depressed.

They make false advertise that you will enjoy barcelona with this job, but the opposite!!
I HOPE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT THESE WORRYING ISSUES, and stand up against these big companies. (Atleat about this company)
We are human and do not deserve to be treated as animals in a cage. DO NOT SET A FOOT IN THIS BUILDING!!

T ehacen perder el tiempo en la seleccion de personal, si tienes mas de 50 años o eres latino, no te escogen nunca,,debes caerles super bien aun cuando pases todas las entrevistas y tests, discrimacion total ,,de verguenza
