Please be very cautious considering this job, especially if you come newly from another country, because this job is hectic, stressful, chaotic and that for way too little income.

First of all, I got hired by recruiters from an external party, which I only found out until later conversations I've had with management. They basically lied to me about the salary. There is no such thing as a 3 step ladder, so make sure you NEGOTIATE your salary, or you'll walk around stupid like me working for a busy market getting a lower base salary than other colleagues working for quiet markets with a lot less work load. Make sure you negotiate and have everything black on white, because even with good numbers, productivity and quality work they will NOT change your salary as promised. Make sure you don't settle for less than 1750 monthly.

When I got hired I started working for DCS/MSP. After only a few months we got the news that there will be a reorganization and we had to start all over again. All working conditions would change (working times, working weekends when I agreed upon mo-fr but of course the low salary stayed the same). Training during this reorganization was horrible, I did not feel ready to answer calls based on the 2 hour training they dumped on me, when the regular training is 2 weeks. We were basically thrown in the deep with 0 knowledge, while still handling calls in between it all for MSP/DCS. Stressful and chaotic to say the least.

Employees started leaving voluntarily, which even meant that for over a month my team and I didn't even have a Team Leader, nor when we asked did anyone give us information who to turn to for questions now.

In my opinion the company treated their employees the same way they treated their customers: they would never meet the customer in the middle, making your job extremely difficult at times and resulting in having difficult calls full of anger and negativity, causing extreme stress. I have many years of experience in customer service work, but never exerienced something as stressful to this degree. Sometimes I even felt like (in my opinion) the company was being fraudulent to their customers. Customers would provide hard proof for their complaint and still got rejected. Only when threatening serious legal steps they would give in, as with all the proof and facts provided by the customer the company didn't have a leg to stand on. Just the overall morals and values of the company regarding their employees and customer was embarrassing to say the least.

L2 employees were quite incapable as well in my opinion (guessing a lot of favouritism)... They assume to much causing a lot of extra (unnecessary) escalating work for L1 agents, wouldn't really listen to our signals and wouldn't provide clear explanations for us to be able to better our own work. Most of them just gave us attitude.

The management was horrible. Team leader styles differed from team to team creating inequality and just overall frustrations and negativity at the office. There's a lot of bureaucracy within the company and basically HR, the floor/office manager and your TL are just a number that can't really do anything for you as an employee which is frustrating (at least, that is what they claim theirselves, not too sure if I believe it tbh). There is NO open door policy for HR and it can take 1-3 days for them to finally reply to your teams message.

Summarised, I got paid way to little for the work load that I had, the stress and chaos that I experienced, and that all while trying to build a new life all alone in Spain. They will NOT help you with anything relocation-related. They will not provide help finding a rental place, getting your NIE etc, which most other similar Dutch speaking jobs here DO offer. Even if they claim they will help you, do not believe it as these lies were also told to me by the recruiters. Trust me, there are a lot of companies better to choose from here in Malaga region for Dutch speaking jobs that do offer all this relocation help, as does my new employer that I'm working for currently. So if you're all alone and starting a new life here in Spain, please consider this, and save yourself from all the stress.

Ruben

Pero al final sales ganando tú no es cierto? Si te dan una promoción, ganas más dinero.

Worst company I have ever worked for.
The environment is the absolute worst. Disrespectful, unbothered, they mess with your money,(eliminado por administrador)...Stay away. Glad I left.

María Elena

Hello, Sunshine. I'd like to work there and your opinion made me doubt a bit. What do you mean that they mess with your money? Me gustarían más detalles sobre lo que has comentado acerca del dinero...

Sunshine

You will never get paid on time, and most of the time they will pay you way less than you worked for. Overtime which you will be pushed to do, will never be paid, and if you ever talk to them about money missing from your check they will just ignore you. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT work there.

María Elena

Thank you for answering me Sunshine, what you comment seems a bit strange to me regarding payment and overtime, I say this because in this forum there are positive and neutral messages, I suppose you are a worker,
Is it your own experience?
