We have used this company for many years to find us an apartment to rent for our vacation in the Calahonda area. Our September 2019 holiday was delayed because of Covid but the company transferred our reservation to June 2020. These arrangements were subsequently cancelled because restrictions between the UK and Spain made international travel impossible. We had paid a deposit to secure the apartment of our choice in 2019 which was retained to enable us to secure a reservation once the restrictions were relaxed. Finally we confirmed the reservation for September 2021. The company remained in contact with us providing information about the reservation, car hire, banking arrangements which we needed. During the past and current holiday a few minor housekeeping and property maintenance problems occurred. These were quickly resolved and did not have any detrimental effect on our holiday. It is very re-assuring to know that a very experienced maintenance team supports the company and provide an excellent service to apartment users. The office is conveniently located near shops with car parking nearby. Caroline and Natalia are fluent in English which makes communication between us who are unfortunately not bi-lingual very easy. We look forward to using this company to take care of our accommodation needs when next taking a holiday in this area.
