Poor management. Poor HR (actually this dep doesn't exist as the owner is on it as well with the help of unexperienced person). Poor direction. Owners have little to no idea of the animation industry, and just try to mimic what good studios do. This is verified by the fact that in so many years they have produced almost 0.
Even though the company tries to promote they are a healthy work environment, this false. Is in reality largely toxic!
One of the most (worst!) hierarchical companies you could find.

Managers have genuinely 0 management skills.

Avoid those reviews that look "Good" saying everything is awesome because they are done by HR.

The lying culture of the company is so bad that they also promote as they have another studio in Barcelona. Absolutely false!

Tomavision es un estudio de animación 2D y 3D. La empresa se enfoca en el público infantil. Yo trabajé como experto en animación. Mola bastante este tipo de empresas, la creatividad, aparte del trato que se recibe.
