ypeform es un software en línea con sede en Barcelona que se especializa en la creación de formularios en línea y encuestas en línea. Trabaje con ellos unos 6 meses como Senior User Researcher donde estuve muy a gusto mis compañeros siempre fueron muy majos y cooperadores, la paga buena y los horarios en mi caso eran por 40 horas lo cual me acomodaba muy bien para estar con mi familia.

As a Senior Business Recruiter , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for business roles like Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, Data, Finance, etc. ranging from interns to Senior/Management levels. You'll also be open to collaborate and help with other roles if needed in any specific moment.
Some of the things you will work on:
Own the entire recruitment process end-to-end (job definition, opening, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, reference checking, …), from the job description to the final offer within any Customer Success, Biz Dev, Data, Finance, and Marketing recruitment process, including ATS and Job Portals management
Be identified by hiring managers and heads of department as the main point of contact. You will guide them through the hiring process and work together to hire the best talent
Be recognized by our employees as the first point of contact for candidate referrals on business-related roles
Proactively explore sourcing channels to find and contact passive talents
Master the ATS backend management including automation and integrations
Advise hiring managers and interviewers on how to use the ATS and about the Recruitment Process best practices
Make sure our candidates go through the best-recruiting experience ever by optimizing processes and suggesting improvements according to candidates’ feedback
Proactively contribute to the recruitment team with best practices/recommendations to improve the overall recruitment process
Coordinate with the rest of the team on the hand-over from “candidate to employee” and collaborate on the Onboarding process as required
Become a brand ambassador representing our values and brand at meetups, fairs, and other events, helping us strengthen our company brand anytime you have the chance to
Help Head of TA to review + adjust the capacity planning to meet our hiring plan goals
Identify, select and attend to events to improve the positioning and perception of Typeform’s brand among CS, Sales, Marketing and Data Roles, becoming a brand ambassador
Manage any recruitment process for Interns (including third-party agreement) E2E
Identify new talent sources to provide high-quality interns for Marketing, CS and Data teams
Contribute to off-duty projects by sharing and implementing your creative ideas
Here’s who we’re after:
At least 5 years of equivalent relevant experience, ideally in a hyper-growth, fast-paced startup and a recruitment agency, being used to both volume and quantity - > ensuring an amazing candidate experience is non-negotiable
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English, and ideally Spanish or any other EU language
HR related degree, ideally Psychology or related academic background
Proven experience using an ATS at a master level (bonus points for Greenhouse), as well as advanced HR/Recruitment stack: LinkedIn, Slack, Glassdoor, …
Experience using Video-Interview and Assessment tools will be a plus
Experience with Social Aggregator/s (ideally Hootsuite, Sprout or Buffer) will be a plus
You are used to planning and working with data to meet your goals. However, you embrace the startup fast-pace and also master the “better done than perfect” approach when required
Self-organised, proactive and strong attention to detail
Data-driven and reporting mindset: you talk through numbers, and only use opinions when the search for data showed no results
Strong focus on automation, lean processes, and tools: you are tech-savvy and native digital or digital first
