I've got fired just because, i honestly was doing a good job but i see that if you are not liked by the people from the top then your destiny is read, besides of it i can't believe how they make the new people believe that this is paradise when is NOT i'd rather call this "parasite" they only care about the leads you make , pretend that with this free brakfast in the morning and bus they are doing it right but they are just far from being a good company, if you are new get ready to see those faces swap from happiness into pressure they will never do it directly unless you're doing it really bad but be sure that they will press you from your team leader to your QC, PM or whatever other guys on top of you. Also i think they just bought this new headquarters to make other companies think they are better , it's like the guy who buys a ferrari just to brag, anyway location was great before and i honestly think they could've adjust the hybrid method with that previous one, now you pretend that i go to your office far away from the center with the same salary and oh an "growth" in the comissions , let me tell you this those comissions are nothing there are lots of companies in the center that can provide you better conditions and better comissions don't be fooled by them unless of course you are really desperate. Anyway my review of this is a 1 out of 5 and this one star is just because the enviroment in the team with your colleagues is good but i don't respect a company who's always talking on your back and believing they run the world there's a difference between leaders and bosses , it's up to you to decide what they are but my mind is absolutely conscious of what they are. Don't even bother , far away from the center and pressure is on the table . They make you think they care about you, just lies! there's a lack of communiccation very important!

This company is different from other companies I've worked for. Take a chance, you won't regret it, I had a fair chance to grow based on my efforts and results. Nothing is perfect, however, I feel my ambition and hard work have been appreciated here.

Moving into a new role inside BNZSA, I'm happy I found the company to give me this opportunity!
