¿Sientes que el ritmo de trabajo en Contrac IT es demasiado intenso?

It seems it's not as awful now as it was when I left that company. Still not a great company to work for. Still long shifts, many weekends and nights. Not easy to get the days off on the dates you want. Wages not too great. Management pushing people to limits that many would consider too much. Work itself implies receiving a bunch of phone calls every day and many more tickets on the platform.

Hello Fernando, apparently you are aware of the evolution of contract IT and you think that it is not as terrible as when you worked for them, since when have you not worked for the company? Why did you leave them?
