You maintained a professional, positive, comfortable relationship with us and subsequently, we scheduled a follow-up viewing on our return date.
Your mastery of English, German and Spanish languages coupled with your extensive knowledge of Valencia’s real estate are uniquely exceptional and much needed by expats and international clients. You were solely responsible for the timely translation and distribution of edits submitted by your client’s German lawyer and our English-speaking lawyer, and of reviews by your corporate Spanish lawyer. Your work ethic, efficient collaboration and effective communication skills resulted in a timely lease contract agreeable to all parties.
We especially value your dedication to clients, responsiveness, and follow-through. Unlike the typical realtor who disappears after the contract is signed, you ensured all non-working outside blinds were repaired and moved unwanted items into storage before we moved in. You assisted your client and us for an entire month after you delivered the apartment keys to us! Your property management knowledge and rental experience were evident: you immediately and voluntarily assisted the lessor to ensure that the prior utility accounts were paid; contacted the gas company to repair the hot water heater; set up gas, electricity and water utility accounts for us. We appreciated your accessibility and dependability when a slow toilet leak became apparent--you personally notified the lessor, scheduled the repair service, and handled the service invoice. Everything you did for us exceeded our expectations!
