Opiniones Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. en Madrid

I was approached by them on LI and decided to apply for an IT job.
I was interviewed by two guys of which one hardly spoke at all (he admitted he didn't feel comfortable speaking English). The other lead the interview but was rather unpleasant and tense (e.g. kept rolling his eyes every time I dared disagree with him).
Apparently, those two would be my team if I got the job. All the other people has either left or were about to leave (there were 4 of them, as the leading interviewer blurped out at the very beginning of the call). Anyway, nothing suggested it is a good place to work. Judging by the atmosphere of the interview, day to day work wuld have been a chore.
Anyway, I never heard from Cornerstone again, despite the fact that Ms. Olena (talent aquisition specialist) was supposed to get back to me with the decision. I guess it's just easier to ghost the candidate since they never get any way to communicate with the recruiters other than some chatbox (no email, no phone number were offered). So the communication goes one way and when it's convenient to them, they cut you off. Not very nice.

Empresa de gestión de capital humano, me encargaba de las formaciones de la empresa, me gusto mucho el ambiente laboral era muy majo y simpático, cuenta con alternativas de crecimiento y con mucho apoyo desde el primer día.
