Eddy Kramer Taller: Garage

Here is the history of the case:

I broke down about twenty days ago, with my diesel car, near the Eddy Kramer garage in Altea.
It was a problem with a fuel injector leak.
I didn't have an appointment with Mr. Kramer, and I could still drive to my usual mechanic.
Eddy Kramer tells me that he can pick up my car to do the repairs; it would be a matter of changing a leaking injector and checking the other 3 (which had never been disassembled)
The car being there, I gave him carte blanche to carry out the work and that was my biggest mistake ... Mr. Kramer immediately gave me a "courtesy" vehicle to return home without telling me more.

After 20 days, I still hadn't got my car back, I called to express my displeasure and was almost hung up on me.
So I moved to complain, and I entered the reception desk asking for an explanation and the reasons for the delay! The employee replied "I don't know why sir"
and to that I replied that neither did I and that I demanded an explanation.
Following that and in front of my insistence on getting my car back, the employee gets up, turns his back on me, and goes to put some papers in the small room behind him, leaving me in the background, like that, like an asshole!
Mr. Kramer, that’s not the way to receive clients.

I finally get an explanation from Eddy Kramer, who tells me that the injector thread was broken while taking it apart and he had to redo it to make it waterproof. I would like to believe that the original injectors are difficult to loosen, but a good professional must know how to do it without breaking (with products or the like)

In short, after 20 days I get my car back, which doesn't even start, although I had never had the slightest starting problem. Mr. Kramer tells me that now is another problem with the injection pump ... that he cannot do the repairs himself.

I had to bring in my insurance to drop my car off at a diesel specialist in Ondara.

So to sum it up, it took 5 days to remove, check, replace each injector x4 total 20 days. It’s really outrageous and this garage takes its customers for fools. At Kramer when the mechanic wrecks, the customer pays for the bullshit.

In addition, Mr. Eddy Kramer billed me for his "courtesy" car 10 euros per day or 200 euros more on the bill. They take 20 days to change only 4 injectors and charge you for their delay with the loaner car. This is unacceptable, especially since I was not aware it paid off.
At Kramer, customers are only there to pay!

Next time I will remain loyal to my mechanic who welcomes me with a smile for the same service that he will charge me twice as much. In addition, his courtesy car is free.

To circulate, I am not used to writing such letters, but do not run merchants who practice such very borderline business practices, which are only intended to make customers pay the maximum.

Este señor cuenta mentiras. Lo que cuenta no es verdad.
El cliente le llevo el coche a otro taller antes que el nuestro para potenciar el motor con chip-tunning porque no tenia potencia.
este taller lo fastidió y después nos llevó el coche al nuestro para solucionarle el problema!!
Al no poder, le aconsejamos que lo llevara al servicio Bosh y ya está.
Lo que dice este señor es todo Mentira!!
