Tienes toda la razón del mundo. He trabajado con ellos con contrato de formación de 4 horas pero te dicen que tienes que hacer 8 horas. Y si te quieren despedir lo hacen en el ultimo minuto de tu jornada laboral, a las 16:55

I have been working at IDB Mobile Technology for a couple of years now and I can only say that I am more than satisfied. We have excellent conditions and employers are very fair to all employees. If you had a bad experience, it does not mean that everyone had it.

These allegations of yours are horrible and untrue. In all our offices we have cleaners who do their job very well. No one is obligated to carry anyone’s trash nor is it obligated to wash the kitchen these allegations are not true! Every IDB Mobile employee is really worth it and we appreciate our partners. We show this in a variety of ways. The employer is the best I have worked with so far, and there were a lot of them in different countries. I appreciate this company and love doing my job. It has never been a problem for me to come to work. We have excellent relations with Team Leaders, regular meetings and educations.

Nada más entras en la empresa te incluyen en los turnos de limpieza, da igual que seas de RRHH, IT, marketing... Hay que limpiar las papeleras de los baños. Y si fuese solo eso, pues vale, pero tambien te hacen montar muebles, pintar, barnizar, transportar un colchón a la casa del dueño de la empresa, cantar o lo que se le ocurra a cualquiera de arriba.
