Hola amgios! ¿Conocéis esta empresa? Sabéis como tratan a sus empleadores? Estoy interesada en el puesto técnica Recursos Humanos. No tengo mucha experiencia, pero aprendo mucho.
Trabajé para esta compañía durante muchos años en el departamento de recursos humanos y pienso que el entorno laboral es muy amigable, sumado a esto el nivel de estrategia cambia constantemente con los diferentes proyectos o productos, es ideal para seguir aprendiendo.

Senior Specialist, Service Delivery Architecture - Payroll Granada
As a Senior Specialist, Service Delivery Architecture, you are responsible for designing how NGA’s service offering will be delivered to our clients in the best, fastest and smartest way. The focus is to design the global process standards, translate these standards in system configuration standards and develop the proper user guidelines and procedures. The specialist area we are looking for is Payroll. More particularly drive the development and simplification of the payroll process framework with the goal to improve the payroll eXperience and make payroll automation easier.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Own the design of global service process standards in line with NGA's requirements and industry best practices Own the translation of these global process standards into system configuration standards Own the development of global desktop procedures, operational guidelines and templates, and key stakeholder briefing packs Own the approach for deployment of new and improved process standards and solutions. Own definition of user requirements to enable the development of functional and technical specifications by the products team, eXperience team and global technology team Own the engagement with key internal stakeholders to enable the development of their deliverables based on NGA’s global service standards Own the collection of data points that allows to identify value and non-value-added process and system steps Support the definition of NGA’s strategy and roadmaps for the TIS (Technology, Innovation & Solutions) organization Educate internal and external stakeholders on our global service standards and product features Represent Service Delivery Architecture as part of sales/pre-sales efforts as appropriate Contribute to any project across the TIS organization when needed
Required Skills for this position:Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent combination of education & experience Expert knowledge of all aspects of your domain expertise Expertise in payroll systems such as euHReka, SAP and/or other payroll systems 8+ years of operational experience within the requested domain expertise 4+ years of experience in operations outsourcing experience PC Literacy – Word, Excel and Power point, MS Visio and/or other Process Flow software (advanced level) Superior language proficiency in English Systematic approach to problem solving with a desire to create a better future for our associates and clients (design thinking) Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills Strong analytics skills Client and quality focused Ability to negotiate skillfully to achieve the right outcome for all parties including management, senior leaders and customers Ability to collaborate and work in a global team environment across different geographies as well as work independently and make sound decisions
It would be desirable if you also have:Detailed knowledge of NGA standards Experience in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP) Certification(s) related to your area of expertise such as CIPP, APA, COPC, GPHR, SPHR, Lean Six Sigma, design thinking and project management methodologies
