We had a fantastic few days in Madrid and Mario’s apartment is in a great location walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. The apartment was very nice, great to have outside space in the city and the bedroom was quiet for such a central location. Mario was very responsive and allowed us an early check in which was really appreciated.

The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful looking exactly like the photos. You feel right at home once you enter. It’s located in a really nice area with lots of restaurants close by and everything at walking distance. Even central Malaga is only 20 mins by train, the station also being quite close. Nik and Marina were both of incredible helpful to me and my friends during our stay! They were quick to respond in helping us and we’re incredibly friendly during our interactions. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

very nice flat well equipped , nicely land out and decorated . Outstanding views and great location between the beach and the mini national park. really loved staying here.

Apparemment idéalement situé. A proximité de commerces et de restaurants ainsi que des lieux culturels de Madrid. Permet une visite de la ville à pieds. Hôte très réactif.

We enjoyed a great few days in Madrid. From the outset Elizabeth was in touch, answered all my questions, was very helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy, comfortable. Only slight issue was couldn't get radiator to work in lounge and we felt a bit chilly but it didn't detract from the weekend. There is a restaurant in the street below, it didn't disturb us but it may be busier in summer. Very close to carrefour minimarket, would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thankyou for great hosting!

Lamentamos escuchar que tuvieron un pequeño problema con el radiador en el salón, pero nos alegra saber que no afectó su fin de semana. Tomaremos nota para asegurarnos de que todo esté en perfectas condiciones para futuros huéspedes.

This apartment was spacious and light. The host was easy to communicate with and the terrace was a bonus. It would have nice if there were basics ie tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper. The apartment is in the Chinatown area and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Ruzafa or into central valencia so well placed.

Excellent séjour passé dans le logement proposé par Gustavo, bon rapport qualité prix pour Madrid. Le logement est propre, très bien situé à 2 pas des commerces, du métro, et on peut faire beaucoup de visites à pied. Et cependant il est au calme et très tranquille. Seul petit bémol pour nous : l'arrivée avec la serrure connectée qui nous a pris un peu de temps. Heureusement Gustavo a été très rapide pour nous donner les instructions et il met à disposition les clés pour le reste du séjour. Bref très belle expérience dans ce logement conforme à ma description, une adresse à garder pour une prochaine fois.

Le logement proposé par Andrea est très agréable, propre, confortable et pratique. IL est de plus extrêmement bien situé dans le quartier malasana, un quartier vivant et intéressant. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Je recommande !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a wonderful location with excellent transport links via the metro, buses & cercanías. We enjoyed that the apartment was away from the main street so there was minimal noise. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbours a little but nothing too extreme. The apartment is very pretty with lots of amenities including little bathroom kits, a kitchen cleaning kit, a tea and coffee kit, and even some chocolate. These little touches made it perfect for us. The size is great with lots of room and it was clean. It has great natural light & is very spacious. Eva was very kind to let us into the apartment early due to an early flight in which we appreciated so much. The bed is super comfortable!! we are actually sad to go back to our own which isn’t half as nice. The neighbours are even lovely & offered to help us with anything we needed, and Eva herself was so friendly & kind. we absolutely adored Eva’s place, we’d love to stay again.
