Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams and joint management teams for development programs and/or commercial products at CDMOs throughout life cycle phases. Manage operational activities at CDMOs, ensuring product development, routine supply, and clinical supply align with production and QC activities. Evaluate, implement, and maintain tailored development and manufacturing solutions globally to enhance patient access to medicines in alignment with product strategy teams. Establish and lead cross-functional/international project and governance teams, collaborating with various functions both internally and externally. Participate in projects related to manufacturing operations, including technology transfers, process improvements, validation activities, and regulatory submissions. Provide support to internal Virtual Management Teams and align production scheduling with internal supply planning, actively resolving operational issues and implementing corrective actions.Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in managing external contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) for biological Drug Substances. Ideally can bring Sterile, Aseptic knowledge in a production environment within a regional or international scope. Strong expertise in external manufacturing operations, including relationship management with CDMOs. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various functions in an international environment. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, technology transfers, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.What we offer in return
